I have 8 years of experience in Telemarketing, Customer service, Data Entry and as a Virtual Assistant. Currently, I'm working as a Sales & Marketing officer in a magazine company. My job description would be doing sales calls every week, follow up calls on possible clients, drafting contracts. I have broadened my customer service skills when i was working in a Hotel and in a call center. Up selling and soft selling techniques in Telesales are one of my core strengths, as well as objection handling. Basically, I'm a people person. I like to talk to different kinds of people. Internet savvy, always online and checking all different kinds of social media sites.
