Profile Description

I build automation systems that replace manual work with AI. Two years, 20+ production systems, clients across the Philippines, Australia, and the US.

My core stack: n8n (self-hosted on VPS with Docker, nginx, and Cloudflare SSL), ---------- , Zapier, Claude API, Claude Code, OpenAI, HubSpot, Stripe, Xero, BigQuery, Supabase, and Postgres.

What I actually build:

-AI chatbots that handle customer inquiries and bookings end-to-end (Facebook Messenger + Claude API + Google Calendar + Google Maps)
-Multi-phase billing pipelines connecting HubSpot, BigQuery, Stripe, and Xero with a Finance review layer, FX conversion, and exception handling
-AI support ticket routers that classify and route email by urgency (cut manual triage by 70%)
-CRM automations that capture leads, enrich data, assign deal stages, and notify teams in Slack
-Real estate lead pipelines (Facebook Lead Ads to HubSpot to WhatsApp) that dropped response time from 24+ hours to under 5 minutes
-Client onboarding flows that went from 2 hours to under 15 minutes per client
-Appointment reminder SMS systems, e-commerce fulfillment automations, and social media scheduling pipelines
-Claude Code is part of my daily build flow. I use it to design, prototype, and ship automation faster, combining AI agent workflows with n8n and custom Node.js or Python scripts. I also work with OpenAI and open-source LLMs (Llama 3, Mistral) for production AI features.

Every system I build ships with a written SOP and a Loom walkthrough. Clean handoff, no black boxes. I work in Hubstaff and am fully comfortable with screenshot tracking. Long-term contracts only.
