This is my first time to apply for online jobs but I am very much eager and excited for this job if given the chance.
I have been working for almost 2 years in the call center industry. So, I presume that working online is not that far from being a call center agent because it also deals with the internet. I have experienced being a customer service representative with Parlance Systems. My job was to processed application and programming. Billing issues are being catered as well. I also worked as a Technical Support Specialist with Sykes Asia. Handling technical problems and resolving it online. My key responsibility in the company was to enter important data which was based on the customer information. I am capable of making spreadsheets and other databases. As per your requirement I can communicate well with clients from different parts of the world. My knowledge on the latest word processing programs and spreadsheets make me an ideal Data Entry Specialists. My typing speed is 70 words per minute.
