I graduated Magna cum Laude from college at the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science major in Psychology. I received training in technical recruitment from Fujitsu WeServ company in 2009. After college, I have worked in the Recruitment department for almost two years and have done sourcing and recruiting for contact center and IT professionals in Telus International and IBM respectively. I have acquired several skills in recruiting - screening, conducting interviews (contact center professionals), scheduling, skills mapping, assisting in compensation package computations, administrating job offers, and onboarding. As a team lead, my responsibilities are conducting training for new team members, intiating process improvements, creating process documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance in the process. I have advanced skills in using MS Office applications specifically MS Excel.
I am now working as the chief-of-staff and assistant to the chief operating officer of Century Properties Group Inc. I have received training in marketing and sales in the company as well.
I have been working with the top suppliers around Asia for Century Properties.
The important attitudes that I bring to work are the drive for excellence and efficiency and the sense of urgency without sacrificing business controls.
