Profile Description

In my almost 10 years of web development, I have almost five years of industry-leading experience with Amazon Web Services and their cutting edge platforms such as Serverless Architecture using Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and other services, and even Facial Recognition with Amazon Rekognition when it came out. I specialize in creating, deploying and maintaining cloud based projects build on top of the AWS stack.

I'm a long-time full-stack developer focusing on MySQL, PHP, AJAX and Responsive HTML5/CSS3, as well as experience with .Net MVC using C#. I have been working with Amazon Web Services to create, deploy, and manage web applications on the cloud for the last five years. More recently, I have also worked with AngularJS and Upgrade to see actual info for several projects. Over 10 years of multi-platform development experience has given me a near 5-star feedback score on Upgrade to see actual info.

I have a very high attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with a perfect TOEFL score. My background in Physics and as a University Physics instructor also provided me with valuable experience in explaining a very technical subject in terms that non-engineering minds would be able to consume. 

My main expertise lies in conversion of Photoshop and Illustrator designs into Responsive HTML5/CSS3, or PHP/MySQL/AJAX, then to Wordpress and custom Wordpress plugins (most of the time developing PHP/AJAX and jQuery scripts for added functionality) and responsive web apps using MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and NodeJS. I am well-versed in Photoshop (being a semi-professional photographer) and other tools of the design trade. I also perform database design and management for my projects.
