Profile Description

Performs daily inventory
of Bakeshop production .
Performs beverage daily inventory bar and storeroom.
Check restaurant
Day end inventory ( Actual againts order slip)
Take note on items with variances and verify the cause to all concern.
Gather production report of
hot kitchen and bakeshop for posting to system IFCA.
Encodes production of banquets on a regular basis and sees to it that they fall with acceptable food cost.
Update and create Banquet function to system for POS posting.
Check all banquets if properly posted to system( function sheet againts pos chit).
Prepares summary of Functions for the month indicating the company, date, pax, amount /pax & pos chit .
Monitor spoilage ( actual against system).
Monitor the number of pax and estimate the cost of employee's meal( actual against system IFCA).
Update day end routine to system (IFCA) and segregate food from beverage for proper posting to GL.
Monitor
ala carte's
top seller for the month .
Perform mid month and month end inventory .
Encodes issuance of FOC representation to system (IFCA).
Take charge in costing new menu and posting to system (IFCA) after approval .
Take charge on price update to system.
Monitor food cost.
Can resolved customer complaints, dealt with difficult customers with a calm and fair approach, using both diplomacy and empathy when required.
Reports after month end
1) Month end inventory (actual against system IFCA)
2) Spoilage report (actual againts system IFCA)
3) Employee's Meal ( actual against system IFCA)
4) Beverage sales for the month ( actual against system IFCA)
5) Ala carte's top seller for the month
6) Banquets summary for the month
7) Receiving Report
