I possess 5 years of experience in transcription. My strengths include super-fast transcription, research skills and data entry skills coupled with a degree of accuracy and fast turnarounds.
As an Account Team Leader in Medical Transcription - leads and directs the work of editors, responsible in the accuracy/quality verification of COMPANY operations personnel, reviews of incoming work for length, content, clarity and degree of difficulty, immediately coordinates with the client regarding the results of the productivity sheet and provide daily performance reports of editors.
I have also worked as an administrative assistant for 2 years. The work involves arranging meetings, preparing all the things needed in a conference, communicating (telephone call or emails) with customers/clients and exposed to event and travel planning as well. I have also worked part time in Data Entry. I know the basics of Data Entry.
