I have written a few papers in college, most were in straight english. I also have experinces in joining essay writing competitions,therefore, writing and speaking the English language is not a problem for me. Another skill that I could very much utilize in the job is my knowledge in using computer programs, one of which is Microsoft office. I am very confident to say that I have the ability of answering client's inquiries on time and accurately.
