To start things off I just have to say that I am fond of creative writing and I also enjoy reading different genres of short stories and novels. That mere interest grew and I started doing original write-ups of my own. I was a former contributor/writer and later became the associate editor of our College Journal Publication. I was employed as a ‘Call Center Representative’ (CSR) back in mid 2010 at Cyber City Teleservices; just a few months after I graduated from college. Parts of my responsibilities are to process inbound calls, facilitate catalog requests from different clients, perform customer service related tasks and at some point; carry out technical trouble shooting. The company’s clients are mostly based in the U.S. and it’s fair to say that I have ample experiences when it comes to communicating with different customers around the U.S. My accounts include; Dream Products, Haband, 1800-Flowers, and some other Universal Accounts.
After that I shifted to a different career path; leaving the BPO industry behind and applied as a ‘Front Desk Clerk’ at Grand Regal Hotel; I started working there in early 2011. The responsibility includes; tending to the needs and concerns of our guests, assisting with inbound queries, doing reservations (advance bookings), monitoring and as well as coordinating with the different departments of the hotel. Currently I am employed as the ‘Mall Admin Assistant’ of Center Point Plaza, under the FTC Group of Companies. My responsibilities greatly deal with the mall’s operation; staff/personnel monitoring, aiding with tenant-related concerns, assisting with leasing related transactions, disseminating information letters, memos, implementing sanctions and penalties, enforcing mall policies and protocols, coordinating with other departments especially the Marketing Department, and performing basic clerical tasks (utilizing MS Office applications).
