Profile Description

I had 3 years solid experience in selling internet subscription, antivirus softwares and home networking devices. At the same time, I was also tasked to retain customers who wants to cancel their subscription.
In recruitment, I've had almost 2 years experience with end-to-end recruitment where we headhunt people for IT and non-IT related job orders.
I was involved with sourcing, interviewing, assessment and endorsement.
prior to that, I had a short stint with appointment setting for a heart center and an online company offering SEO services.
I was part of a market research company based in Orem Utah for 8 months and was able to get recognition for being a consistent top performer.
I am very proficient with the Microsoft Office suites and I can basically perform administrative related tasks like email handling, data enrty/data mining, basic web design, preparations of reports and even creating presentations and reporting tools. As an employee, I'm a quick study, proactive, flexible and highly adaptable.
