First and foremost i have worked in a construction firm as a secretary and liaison officer the task included there was making the payroll, inquiring about the price of the materials needed for the various projects the firm has, fulfilling the requirements needed for claiming money since the projects were under by the local government, i was also the one who distributed the payment of workers in various project sites. I'm quite knowledgeable in using office applications such as MS word, Powerpoint, Excell and etc., aside from that I can also speak and write in English fluently, there would be no trouble with regards to the communication between me, the employer and the clients.
