Most of my previous jobs are related to customer service,telemarketing and graphic advertising...
I am pretty knowledgeable about adobe photoshop,which I usually use in manipulating photos for advertising. At the same time, I use the photoshop in adjusting color contrasts for the tattoo designs I'm working on for my clients.
I've worked as a telemarketer in one of the outbound call centers here in the Philippines and our job was to, of course, make calls to households/businesses/companies in the US and generate leads or set appointments for our clients. We were encouraged to be as spontaneous as possible when talking with prospects and not to sound as if we're reading from a script.
As to writing, I used to write and spin some articles for a fellow call center agent who was into content writing during his spare time. Whenever he got too busy he would ask me to write a couple of articles for him which I didn't mind since I have always been interested in non-voice accounts. The articles each contain 400 words and were mostly about tattoo, health, skin care and exercise.
