im well versed in leading a team and had supervised hotel operations for 10 years, has essential skills in dealing with staff specially with inhouse hotel guests. i possesed in-depth knowledge in wide scale wi-fi network set-up and deployment along with cabling and troubleshooting basic and complex issues. alongside my hotel skills is my mastery of computer troubleshooting and repair which i had acquired through my advance schooling over at informatics computer institute and had earned a singapore certification for it. i am articulate in english and has a good command on it ,both in written and oral .
