I have been a telemarketer and called for TIMESHARE and for PC Immediate, where we sold office supplies to businesses in the US. I was also able to do outbound calling looking for student prospects interested in pursuing their college education.

I have handled hotel reservations for Priceline, made cancellations and refunds for a payday loan account and I also gave technician appointments and took orders from SEARS customers for Canada.
I have worked with several contact centers and I believe that my experience would be enough to have jobs done.
