I believe my previous job experiences would be relevant to jobs concerning customer service and secretarial positions. My first job was in one of the fast-growing supermarkets and malls (Savemore Supermarket) here in the Philippines.From there, I learned to be polite and patient with customers and I've learned how to be very understanding about their needs. Same goes with my second job which was in one of the BPO companies here in our place where our client was an American-based Telecommunications Company and worked as a Customer Service Representative. My tasks included assisting customers with their queries about their mobile accounts, checking their phone usage, paying their bills for them, filing reports and complaints of customers and helping them understand the contracts they've agreed to be tied to and also assisting them in activating their accounts with the company. And upon being a CSR, that's where I got to really enhance my skills in typing - real fast. After being a CSR, my succeeding jobs were in two review centers that offer reviews for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Examination and even Criminology exams. From these two centers, it's where I got to train myself for secretarial and still customer care tasks. What's added are just tasks I did where I edited letters and essays according to basic grammar rules and punctuations in English and prepared presentations for IELTS lectures and also researched updates about IELTS and Criminology Exam system.
