I have done secretarial jobs for the vice president of corporate communications of Philippine Airlines, Inc. for ten years but retired in 1999 when the company offered special retirement package. I have learned how to handle different kind of customers from a considerate one to a very irate one by greeting them in a courteous, friendly and professional manner, acknowledging their concern and willingness to help and resolve their concern, empathize if need be, find solutions to the problem and execute the same to resolve issues and championing the company's products and services.
