Profile Description

I am an excellent Communications Trainer who (aside from providing the best product knowledge training) achieves ongoing success with her teams by building morale, maintaining their self-confidence and giving them tools on how to use their personal qualities & positive experiences to build excellent people skills.
I do Soft Skills training - Personality Development, Voice and Accent Neutralization Skills (which is focused on eliminating mother tongue influence and developing a neutral accent, emphasizing on Phonetics and Intonation which are the two major areas that impact accent) and am also ESL certified and assisted in developing a coaching module at my previous job.
Having been an International flight attendant for over a decade, I've been extremely fortunate to have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings, in all corners of the world.. providing me with great intercultural and cross cultural communications skills as well!
I know I'm effective and good at what I do because I truly enjoy it and always wanting to learn more.
