Profile Description

I am an experienced call center agent specializing my field for a year and 4 months. I was assigned for technical support for about 9 months and was re-skilled to sales for about 5 months. I know a lot about CRM tools as well so with working with different billing systems like at&t,verizon and t-mobile. So, working with different customer accounts and maintenance is my job during my tenure years. Besides, I am an experienced data entry person also working in one of our job assessment companies in our country. I believe that work accuracy is the best thing to complete the job as soonest possible time as well as efficiency. In addition to that, I am a certified computer technician which made me more familiar on computer terms, troubleshooting and applications and a fast encoder as well.
I am hardworking, innovative, well-motivated and flexible and can easily follow instructions.
