Profile Description

I am a dedicated practitioner of the HR profession. I have nine (9) years of experience the core operations of human resource management. I have excellent attention to details, strong organizational and analytical skills which I use as tools in achieving organizational goals. In HR, I can do initial talent acquisition, benefits administration, compensation and records management, payroll administration, employee/labor relations, organizational development, training and development, policies and procedures review and update, and audit, and administrative services.
I do encoding and research, both legal and the web. I write news, features, editorials, poems and short stories for school and university publications. I also write essays, term papers, and instruction modules. I am experienced with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint but always open for the opportunity to learn new tools.
I am a multi-tasker. Moreso, I can understand and follow instructions very well and can deliver value-adding results with less to without supervision. I am able to take new work assignment/s immediately on a part-time basis; 2-4 hours in a day, preferably 8PM-12AM.
