I have attended trainings for Customer Service and Phone Handling Skills, Email Etiquette and my technical skills include MS Office, Internet and Email.
I learned to multitask and developed excellent typing and computer skills since all of my previous jobs required these competencies. All my employment history has required me to exercise clear, concise communication skills and to promote customer satisfaction.
