I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communication and took Master's Degree in Public Administration. Thus, I can communicate well in English. Also, I'm working at a call center. I started as a Call center agent, then I was promoted as Coach for Performance Excellence, and was asked to become the call center's Trainer/Recruitment Specialist. I always make sure that I go beyond mediocrity. I don't want to settle for less. I always strive for excellence. Also, I'm good in typing. My average WPM (words per minute) is 50.
