I am currently a Foundation Skills Training Supervisor. I manage 6 trainers for both our Makati and Ortigas sites. I oversee all language trainings for the company including up-trainings and refresher courses. We train agents for sales, customer service, financial collections and order taking accounts, both in-bound and out-bound. I work closely with our clients from the US, UK and Australia to meet the standard of performance in the operations level. I know that i can do the job excellently because i have been an agent myself in both outbound and inbound accounts and have handled the same outbound surveys and was promoted to trainer because of it. Most people consider me as a workaholic and always passionate about learning.
As I always want to continuously improve myself, I take initiative to develop myself and attend seminars. I have currently participated in the Six Sigma Seminar (Reducing Defects and Improving Productivity) organized by the Department of Trade and Industry, Philippine Trade Training Center; the The John Maxwell Leadership Summit (Learning and Living the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership) and the The John Maxwell High Impact Teams Seminar (Developing the 17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player) both organized by Salt & light Ventures Inc.
I am a well-organized, highly motivated individual and am very optimistic when it comes to working and learning even with minimal supervision. I am proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop CS3 and have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
My background generally includes training, recruitment, sales & marketing, human relations and operations organization, including managing several teams. It is in my understanding that the position I am looking for requires patience, diligence, commitment, and a firm belief in the visions and standards of the company. I am confident that you will see that in my performance and in the qualifications listed in my resume.
