My area of expertise is mainly in the executive assistant role. I supported CEO’s in the executive division through document management, calendar organization and collateral preparations for meetings. I am formally recognized for playing an instrumental role in the implementation of cost savings measures as well. With this position, I successfully planned and executed corporate meetings and special events. I developed and implemented the company’s new employee manual, outlining all proper business procedures and office policies. I have increased office organization by developing a more efficient filing system and customer database protocols.
I love the way my career has brought me. My role evolved from not just the basic Executive Assistant, I was also a social media manager. I have many years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts such as creating and scheduling posts and increase visibility to catch the attention of potential clients.
In some cases, I also do manage certain projects and do extensive research. I am tasked in designing and applying appropriate project management standards. I managed the production of the required deliverables that includes the planning and monitoring of the projects. I ensure the preparation and maintain the project, stage, and exception plans as required I also manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans, monitoring the overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action when necessary; and, applying change control and configuration management processes.

My core responsibilities cover the development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery; Delivering the events on time, within budget, that meet or exceed the expectations. I set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project; I also communicate, maintain and develop client and supplier relationships. I manage operational and administrative functions to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently. I also provide motivation, direction, and support to the team-- Being responsible for all projects from start to finish, ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
