I'm Kristina San Jose. I have tried working for a client before in the US to get Business info and get a hold of their Marketing Manger to set an appointment for my boss in the USA exactly in California. I'm highly computer literate and my software skill includes Internet browsing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
I've been in the Call Center or BPO industry for 1 and half year now. already handle Verification acct for Verizon Yellow Pages and Spokane Yellow Book for 6 months, also handled Financial acct for Bank of New York Mellon and Telco acct for T-mobile.
I have my own headset (Jabara) my own computer and room.
