I'm an associate degree in computer science graduate. I already have two years of experience working in a call center industry as a customer service representative/ technical support representative catering for American customers. I was able to develop my customer service skills and was able to do multi-tasking since we are assisting customers through phone and email. I have advanced knowledge in troubleshooting LAN connections for windows XP, Vista, and 7. And have basic knowledge with Mac Operating systems.
I am very much familliar in using microsoft applications. I am a fast learner and I am very eager to learn new things.
