servers and registers on that note. I was with a
high end technical account that dealt with more
troubleshooting and getting in touch with
customers/clients. I handled the escalation team
working on the inbound/outbound and supervisory
calls. I had been also with a technical account
which worked on antivirus softwares and virus
removal tools. I had been with odesk as well who
worked on Virtual Assistant and Data Entry jobs as
well as Technical Support account that dealt with
pre-dialers.
