Profile Description

I have taken up Bachelor of Arts major in English and I was a member of the Journalism Club. I was also a news writer for English in our school paper during my high school years.
I have worked in a call center for over a year and in 2 months' time, I was promoted to supervisor/team leader.
I have 8-10 agents under me every shift and I supervise their calls and do reports on their performance at the end of each shift.
It was also my task to
maintain quality level of each agent and address all the issues that come along.
I can boast of my mastery of the English language, both spoken and written, and very good typing and listening skills.
With my impressive telephone etiquette, I am very good with delivering excellent customer services as well as telemarketing, writing, researching and secretarial services.
I also have great communication skills and the ability to work in a stressful situation.
I am very dedicated to my work and I have an insatiable hunger to learn a lot of things.
Lastly, the edge i have over other applicants is my DETERMINATION to work and give my best to whatever job
you believe fits my qualifications.
