I have been in the contact center business for 3 years. I worked as a Risk Management Analyst and now as a Customer Service Associate still in a Financial Account. The nature of work I had requires analytical skills and decision-making which I find challenging knowing that I was dealing with customer's finances. With the work I have right now, it also deals with finances of our customers and responding to inquiries they have. I can work with less supervision and can manage things well. I want a part-time job where I can work just at the comfort of my home.
