Profile Description

Last 8 years I've been writing articles, essays and news from high school until college. I've been a staff writer for Junior Agustinian and Silabu both were school papers at University of San Agustin, Iloilo City, Philippines. Within those years I have adopted techniques on how to catch readers attention and get them glued to the topics that I have been writing. But learning is a lifetime process, that's why I want to explore more in this aspect of my talent. To write more about people, culture places and ideas that are meant to be read.
Currently, I'm a Quality Assurance Specialist of a BPO company for 2 years. I've been doing Evaluations, Calibrations, Reports and Coaching. This position requires research, data entry using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word and Power Point. We are also skilled in handling people to bring them on their best to be an asset of the company by sharing what we have learned from our experiences. We maintain the communication between our external and internal publics by identifying the policies and areas of improvement to deliver exemplary results.
