Profile Description

I am currently working as a full time customer representative in an American company and have worked as a technical support agent, customer service representative and a sales representative as well. I've been dealing with foreign IT technicians, Network Specialist and several home users in North America for the past 7 years and counting. All of the work that I do requires indefinite amount of research, internet use, and computer usage. I can speak and write different articles effectively using the English language & can do secretarial jobs. I'm also hardworking, strong-willed and flexible. I have the ability to adjust and work hard under any circumstances.
