Well I've been a Technical Support Representative for AT&T and a Technical Support Associate with Network Solutions Incorporated.
With my experiences with both companies, I was able to pinpoint where I am good at.
I know how to fix internet connections, handle irate customers over the phone, selling skills (technical stuff), handle domain name registration, managing domain names in total, and I know how to make a website grow. I can actually teach anybody how the internet market works.
Well for all of this, I can say that I'm a fast learner, who can work individually with less supervision required, and trustworthy.
