Profile Description
I worked with Convergys from June 2008 to March 2012 (3 years ; 9 months). I started as an INBOUND Technical Support Representative handling DSL issues and provides Excellent Customer Service to customers. I also had an experience doing basic sales, billing and ordering. I had trainings and experience in assisting customers with Cable issues (IPTV) and VOIP as well.
