I know how to use wordpress blog, wherein I created a blog about my work as a VA in training (http://vaamazingworkformelouella.wordpress.com). I also know how to work with Microsoft Office 2010 (MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
As part of my training, I created a Facebook Page, created a video online and shared it on You Tube. Aside from these, there are other skills that I know and use like Scribd embedding, creating online forms and spreadsheets (docs.google.com), sage billing boss, dropbox, roboform, gmail, Facebook, yahoo messenger, skype, slideshare, pagemodo, and animoto.
