Profile Description

As a nurse by profession, most of the skills I possess are, as expected, catered to the healthcare industry. My stint as an ER nurse working on rotating shifts has exposed me to different kinds of people and a myriad of stressful situations. The experience has enabled me to become a good listener and has allowed me to build a solid professional relationship with patients and their significant others. I, however, have other interests aside from modern medicine and patient care and as a result, have developed capabilities that would deem me valuable to the corporate world. I have an interest in writing and have written a few pieces for our college school paper. I have taken part in several research work and case studies throughout the years and have developed a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. (i.e. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel). I am very good at organizing files, proofreading lengthy documents, and troubleshooting pc problems. I can work independently and can guarantee a high quality of work.
