I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist and as such, I have an in-depth experience in call monitoring and is very keen to details. I am very much adept in data gathering, root cause analysis, reporting, trending and identifying attainable solutions. I have been trained for Six Sigma certification and has passed as a Certified Enterprise Quality Professional. My computer skills are above average. I am versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have a background in article writing, proofreading and editing. I have recently started working at home and is learning SEO tasks which includes spinning and posting articles online. I also post and schedule Hootsuite updates and ensure they're posted in social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. I also transcribe general documents.
I am seeking for a long term online job that will enhance my current skills. I would like to be of help in building your business. I work well with a team and aims to finish tasks independently.
