                                  My previous job was as Reporting Analyst at Reed Elsevier Philippines wherein I'm responsible for reporting on measurable performance
indicators for various Operations Team. Closely works with Operations and
Quality teams to implement, execute and revise quality and performance metrics
reports. Execute transitioned metrics generation and reporting tasks.
Effectively maintain data integrity, data collection, production and
distribution. Presents trend analysis of reports and provides recommendations
to enhance business process management.

support to call center agents of the account. Provide technical support for
call center software and measurements that reflect maximum productivity,
quality and customer service. Responsible for all activities associated with
Workforce Management resource and schedule calculation, monitoring and
evaluation. Conduct analysis and recommend solutions to real time performance
issues. Handles ID Management System for all the users of the account from
creation, maintenance, and deletion.

collections calls for Credit Cards (Buckets 1-4). Assisting new employees

                                I am a Computer Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology. I have worked as a Helpdesk/Technical support at Sunlife Financial Inc. Wherein certain technical skills I have gained. Like basic PC troubleshooting and applications debbuging. I'm equip with certain certifications that I have attended for my specialization in college wherein I took Cisco. Like basic routing ans switching protocols, Network Fundamentals and the WAN and LAN setups as well. I know Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint which we are always using in my school when I'm still studying for presentation and for defense for a certain project. Basic programming language such as C++ and Assembly Language as well.
