Good day, I worked as a call center agent precisely customer service representative in Convergys for 2months. My account was GM (General Motors) and my primary job there was to give the best customer service so what I did was I listen carefully to the client's concern, acknowledge and apologize on what they went through, reiterate to get accurate information and search for possible options for the customer. I was complimented to have great working attitude and proper etiquette to my customers.
They evaluated my English capacity as above average and I was told that I have good grammar skills either written or verbal and I possess confidence on how I speak;
I am approachable and good in conversing with other people. Aside from being a call center agent, I also helped my sister edit some articles using Best Spinner.
I know how to navigate Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I can also freely navigate the internet and do some research. As a whole I can honestly say that I am a hardworking person and I don't settle for good because I want to bring my best in anything. I may not have numerous experiences but I am willing to learn; I'm a quick learner and I am not afraid to ask for help.
