I have perfect english skills written or spoken since I've been working in different BPO companies for more than three years. Aside from that, during my high school years, I used to write for my high school news paper.
My first job was with a sales account. I stayed in that company for almost a year. My major skill was selling website. We call out to small businesses in US and in Canada and offer them a website.
After that I was able to get a job in one of the well known BPO companies here in the Philippines. My first account was an email support account. I respond to email inquiries of the customers and did some technical assistance by setting up a refund or replacement for the product they had purchased. I stayed in that account for more than a year. After the email support account, I was transferred in a US background check account. It was like an HR related job. I call previous companies of an applicant to conduct a background check. I stayed in that account for a year.
