After 9 years in technology software development and project management, I've really focused on more
than just strategic planning and client interactions. My involvement is deep in development management.
Leading teams through Agile and ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodologies is where I make sure we're hitting our project
goals efficiently. It is not just about managing client relationships and understanding their requirements,
but also about nurturing the internal team dynamics to create a space that's conducive to innovative
software development. 

I am really focused on finding and implementing process improvements, and I regularly incorporate AI
research to enhance our business solutions. Streamlining workflows for peak efficiency is my thing,
ensuring we meet both client expectations and our internal objectives precisely and innovatively.
Balancing external client demands with our teams dynamic capabilities is crucial in my approach,
