I've been a technical and customer support representative for the past six years. I've handled phone and e-mail support. I answered inquiries and technical problems of customers with regards to their computer and internet service. I master working under pressure and time pressured. Multitasking is a great factor for me. I work with dignity and made sure that I am responsible for every act and decision I make. I was promoted, handling complicated issues of customers, making sure that it will be addressed properly. Customer care is the most important lesson I've acquired through my work experience.
