I've worked as a Executive Assistant for more than 6 years doing concierge responsibility such as event or party planning and organizing, travel arrangements, hotel reservations, as well as managing facility maintenance through direct correspondence with vendors. I used MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) for my reports and presentations.
Moreover, I am a Virtual Assistant in training and have created tutorial of some tools and programs such as Google Docs, Gmail phone, Google calendar, iDoneThis, LogMeIn, ListWire, Dropbox, Ustream Producer, VLC Media Player and Backupify. I've also been using, scribd.com for document embedding and currently working with my first website at wordpress.com.
