I am a customer service professional. Having been assigned to a Nissan dealership account wherein as an agent I needed to take in complaints for unsatisfied customer. Same goes with the Comcast account wherein I was an account supervisor. Aside from taking in escalated calls, I also need to monitor agents and make sure that they follow correct process. The most recent job that I was assigned to was a data entry account. Mostly real estate listings.
