the health insurance in California, where my responsiblities are to collect payments, handle billing disputes, payment research, plan comparison, benefit quoting and finding a healthcare provider.
I worked as a customer service before for more than three years in one of the cable companies in USA. I was assigned in the billing department where my responsibilities are to collect payments and upselling their products.
I also worked before as a Pre-editor in a publisher company.
My job was to correct spelling and grammatical errors of the articles sent by authors.
I can manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
