Profile Description

I have 7 years working experience as a EPUB Analyst, I create electronic book using HTML. I create and modify CSS to meet the Clients Design for the epub, I assure the quality in the EPUB file to provide the Client, and follow Client's Instructions.
I worked as a Customer Representative in one of a leading global outsourcing company which is Teleperformance for 2years. As a call center agent I give attention to details and organization is important to product, empathy and a lot of patience.
And now I'm currently working as an Admin. Assistant/Virtual Assistant Back office in Australia (Mulcahy & Co. Financial Planning). I perform various and several tasks including answering emails, completing client application forms, rollovers and redemption requests. Preparing Insurance quotes, works under direction of financial paraplanner and/or the financial Adviser; performing several tasks in developing a financial plan for a client.
