In my line of work, I was able to meet people in all walks of life and learned to deal with them.Entertaining is one but I only know how to dance and to talk them attentively.
Computer literacy is also important to our record keeping and dealings with some of our valued clients. Fortunately, I have computer class during college days and constant research I now have background about basics of computer commands.
