Currently, I work as a Global Communications Trainer. I train agents to speak and write in standard american english since our company, ePerformax Contact Center, caters to mostly American clients. I teach them everything from grammar to pronunciation and even give them a background of American culture to enhance their customer service skills.
I was also a research and development officer for another company, Sabetsu. I developed their SOPs or standard operating procedures for recruitment and training. I was also a part of the training and recruitment team where I interviewed and assessed applicants and gave them product specific training once they were hired.
I have excellent people skills, given the experience that I have. I am also very meticulous with my work. So not work should be just ok with me because it has to be more than ok, if not perfect.
