Profile Description

i can type 65 wpm, very well-verse in business correspondence ( memos, collection letter, sales letter, etc. ).
though my knowledge in using the computer is somewhat "limited" ( i only use word, excel & sometimes publishers & e-mails ) - i admit i have zero knowledge in trouble shooting.
i consider myself an excellent manager because either i use positive or negative motivation to my subordinates- i get the desired results i expect of them.
i am very customer / client friendly as i always to be treated the same when i demand outside services, other than believing that paying customers should be treated with out most courtesy and respect.
i am pro-active and never consider a "tasks" as ordinary.
