I have the ability to communicate well both in writing and speaking. Perhaps my experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Banking vertical at Aegis-People Support for almost 10 months honed well my communication skills. Aside from the fact that we have to undergo 2 weeks of communication skills training which concentrate on formulating customer-oriented and customer-friendly responses, Our company provide bi-monthly coaching sessions as we call it to improve more our communication skills.
Prior to being a Customer Service Representative, I was an English as Second Language Instructor for 2 months. We conduct one on one classes for Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese students.
I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
