I have supported JP MORGAN CHASE BANK for 4 years as a telephone banker and supported both online and mobile using customers .i was also working before as an virtual assistant to a Real estate firm. i was also do admin works/data entry yo some employers before and was a medical transcriptionist for a company based here in the PHL. I ensure adherence to client standards, recommends/develops action plans/process improvements, if necessary to contain and correct quality problems.I am very dedicated to my work. I enhance my strengths for efficiency and use my opportunities as leverage for the improvement of my skills. I can easily be trained for other task that my employer requires.Throughout my career I have demonstrated for my employers an exceptional facility for meeting organizational objectives and demands.
