I have been a Technical Support Representative for almost 5 years.
I have experience working with Vonage (a VOiP company), AT&T (mobile and DSL), and Timewarner (Cable internet).
All three involves troubleshooting routers/modems (wired and wireless), Internet connection problems, Browser problems, internet security, e-mail (web and client).
I have experience doing online jobs like data entry and as an online researcher, but more on data entry.
I know basic Adobe Photoshop CS5 (having fun while learning).
I also know basic HTML.
I have some programs installed on my computer which could come in handy like:
Nitro Pro 7 - used to convert PDF files to excel or word
Video Get - downloading videos from different sites like youtube, dailymotion, etc
aTube Catcher - converting videos to different formats, merging videos to one file, etc.
FlashGet - just like video get
GoldWave - audio editing (I'm not familiar with this program yet)
PowerIso - open or play files that are on iso format. Let's you create a drive where you can mount these files and play.
Snagit - screen capture
There are other softwares/programs on my computer that I am not yet familiar with and I have not installed yet.
I like tinkering, having fun while learning how stuff works.

Onlinejobs.ph "ID Proof" indicates if "they are who they say they are".
It DOES NOT indicate skill level.
ID Proof scores are 0 - 99 with 99 being the best. It is calculated based on dozens of data points.
It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
